The Riv

Project Overview

The Riv is a 37-storey purpose-built rental community in Toronto’s downtown east. The project will deliver more than 350 new rental units in one of the city’s most significant growth areas, near the future Ontario Line and East Harbour transit hub. Repositioned from a condominium development following extensive study and design refinement, The Riv will offer larger, smarter homes and a first-class amenities package designed to respond to Toronto’s growing demand for long-term rental housing. The project will also include a new publicly accessible park in the neighbourhood.
