289 Balliol is a future 31-storey condominium in Toronto’s Davisville Village, offering 272 modern suites in a highly walkable, connected, and community-oriented neighbourhood. The building combines contemporary architecture with curated amenities, steps away from transit, shops, and the Kay Gardner Beltline Trail.

As of November 2025, geothermal drilling has been completed for the project. Members of our sales team — Dan Weber and Stefàn Devas — had the pleasure of touring the site with Ron Lange, Senior Project Manager at Menkes, as we kick off this exciting new relationship.

Our in-house drilling team logged a combined 39,950 linear feet of boreholes, the first step in installing a system that will eliminate 265 tonnes of CO₂ emissions annually.
