Project Overview

315 Spadina is a boutique 13-storey building located adjacent to Kensington Market. Fitness enthusiasts, students, and growing families alike can enjoy a variety of amenities, including a gym and wellness studio, study room, and children’s playroom. Thanks to our ability to eliminate rooftop mechanical equipment, Podium Developments was able to reimagine the rooftop, which now features a terrace, BBQ area, and breathtaking views of the downtown core!
