The project will deliver 1,484 new homes, including 520 affordable rental units, as well as a park, a child care centre, community space, and improvements to the public realm—all next to the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC)’s Wilson Subway Station.

Aligned with the City of Toronto’s TransformTO climate action goals, 50 Wilson Heights Boulevard meets the Toronto Green Standard through its geothermal-powered design.
