The Saw Whet is a six-storey mid-rise nestled in South Oakville. Originally planned to feature a green roof, the rooftop design evolved significantly with the integration of geothermal. By eliminating bulky rooftop chillers and reducing mechanical room requirements, the design team transformed that space into private “backyards in the sky” — a rare urban luxury.
With over 40 semi-enclosed terraces equipped with barbecue hookups, residents can relax in peaceful, scenic retreats boasting stunning views of Lake Ontario, the nearby golf course, and Bronte Provincial Park.
