Project Overview

Wellington + Parkdale is a dynamic new development in Ottawa’s Hintonburg neighbourhood. Rising 16 storeys upon completion, the project will feature a 5,000 sq. ft. rooftop with BBQs and fire pits, lush community gardens, and 12,000 sq. ft. of commercial space to support local businesses.
